Yes. Building a profile, being discovered, and connecting with coaches and scouts are all free. We may add optional premium features later (advanced filters, verified badges) but the core network will stay free.

Scouts, coaches, agents, and clubs use the Discovery feed. They can filter by position, level, location, travel radius, and availability. Profiles with completed information and recent activity rank higher.

Yes. Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. Your profile, photos, videos, and messages are permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email support@freeagentsfc.com to request deletion if you can't sign in.

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link from noreply@FreeAgentsFC-app.firebaseapp.com. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that provider — there is no password to reset.

Open the impostor's profile → tap the menu (three dots) → Report. Pick "Impersonation" and add a short note. Our trust & safety team reviews reports within 24 hours. For urgent cases, email support@freeagentsfc.com with a screenshot.

Email support@freeagentsfc.com with: a short description, what you were trying to do, your phone model and OS version, and a screenshot if possible. The faster you tell us, the faster we ship a fix.

Yes — anyone can sign up and the app works globally. We're starting with the UK grassroots and non-league scene because that's where we have the deepest relationships, but the platform itself is open.

Players aged 13–17 can use FreeAgentsFC with the consent of a parent, guardian, or coach. We don't allow anyone under 13. If you're a parent or guardian and want a profile removed, email support@freeagentsfc.com.

On Google Firebase (UK / EU regions), with TLS encryption in transit and per-user access rules enforced server-side. We don't sell your data and we don't run third-party advertising. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
