These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FreeAgentsFC mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Keplo Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using FreeAgentsFC, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FreeAgentsFC. Users between 13 and 17 must have the consent of a parent, guardian, or coach. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate another player, coach, or club.
- Provide accurate information. Inflated stats, fake teams, or false coaching credentials are grounds for removal.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited sexual content to anyone, including under-18s
- Impersonate other players, coaches, scouts, agents, clubs, or staff
- Post content you don't own the rights to
- Use FreeAgentsFC for spam, scams, paid promotion, or political campaigning
- Scrape, copy, or republish other users' profiles or content
- Attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the app or its security
- Use FreeAgentsFC in any way that violates UK or local law
We may remove content or suspend / terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, profile information, and messages you post. By posting them, you grant Keplo Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of running the Service. You can delete your content (or your whole account) from the app at any time, and our licence ends when the content is deleted, except where backups are still being overwritten on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Trials, transfers, and signings
FreeAgentsFC is a discovery and connection platform. We don't act as an agent. We don't take a fee, percentage, or commission on any trial, contract, transfer, signing, or sponsorship that arises from a FreeAgentsFC connection. All terms of any such arrangement are between the player, club, coach, agent, and any other parties involved.
6. Privacy
Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep FreeAgentsFC running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (or the whole Service) at any time. If we permanently shut FreeAgentsFC down, we will give reasonable notice and a way for you to export your data.
8. Disclaimer
FreeAgentsFC is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any user will be offered trials, signed by a club, or contacted by a scout.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keplo Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) £100, or (b) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability we are not allowed to exclude under UK law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in-app or by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of FreeAgentsFC after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
